All were hand-picked and sorted then destemmed to retain intact whole berries (a portion crushed on top) and tipped to open vats. A judicious amount of stalks were added back to complement aroma, complexity and tannin. Fermentation and time on skins lasted between 10 and 21 days with the ferment temperature reaching 32°C. Vats were hand-plunged or turned over a maximum of once per day.

Levantine Hill has been recognized as the #2 winery in Australia in The Real Review’s 2026 Top Wineries of Australia, one of the country’s most respected benchmarks of wine quality.

This recognition reflects the consistency, precision and uncompromising standards found across our entire portfolio.

This wine is part of that same pursuit of excellence, crafted from our Yarra Valley vineyards and recognized among the finest wines in Australia.

This wine is suitable for vegans.

750 ml bottle
13.0 alc/vol

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0668/3646/3719/files/levantine-hill-levant-shiraz-bottle.png?v=1791827971
