Portobello Road Savoury Gin

Inspired by the botanicals of Corsica and the Mediterranean, this distinctive gin combines the classic botanicals of Portobello Road London Dry Gin with bergamot, rosemary, basil, and green olive. A subtle pinch of sea salt is added after distillation, bringing a delicate hint of coastal air to its bright, botanical character.

On the nose, generous juniper and citrus lead into expressive herbal notes of rosemary and basil. The palate is vibrant and dry, with lingering citrus, nutmeg spice, a subtle saline note, and the dry, savory character of green olive. Fresh, aromatic, and unmistakably Mediterranean, it’s equally at home in a classic G&T or alongside a meal.
